Ensuring Equality and Valuing Diversity
This course provides an introduction to models for considering equality and diversity, exploring the role of the individual in challenging inequality and prejudice, information about legislation and guidance and an opportunity to reflect on priorities and practice.
Professionals in social care and health settings have a duty to actively address issues of equality and diversity in the course of their work. This can present a challenge for workers at all levels in organisations as communities change and develop.
