Public Law Outline
In April 2008 the PLO replaced the current Protocol for managing care cases. The aim is to reduce unnecessary delays in proceedings and promote better co-operation between the courts, local authorities and families in order to produce better outcomes for the child. This course will evaluate the impact of that change on practice.
